The images displayed represent design references or previous couture creations. Every couture order is produced exclusively after a personal consultation with the client, taking into account measurements, fabric selection, design modifications, and styling preferences.
Due to the artisanal nature of couture:
- Each piece is custom-made
- Production timelines may span several weeks to several months
- No two couture garments are identical
SHIPPING – WORLDWIDE
We proudly ship Seraphine Amoria Couture pieces worldwide via FedEx, ensuring secure and premium handling from our atelier to your destination.
- Flat shipping fee: USD 60 per order
- Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days after completion of the garment
- Delivery options include home delivery to your desired location
Please note that international customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the client and vary based on destination country and item value.

Couture orders within Sri Lanka are delivered via CityPack, with the same level of care and discretion.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom, made-to-measure, and bespoke nature of Seraphine Amoria Couture:
- All couture orders are final sale
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds are not provided
- Exchanges are not available
This policy applies to both local and international couture orders, without exception.
By confirming a couture order, the client acknowledges that the garment is being created exclusively for them, following a detailed consultation and extended production process.

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within Sri Lanka only
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse
- We recommend using a reliable courier service, as Seraphine Amoria is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are not available for Sri Lankan orders
